My journey . . .

My background is actually in Information Technology Security.  I also have a certification in Medical Billing & Coding.  I've always been an avid reader, and used to write short stories for the fun of it.  About 10 years ago, I had an idea for a book. Let's just say that life got in the way.

 

After all this time, I resurrected my ideas for THE NUMBER ONE FAN.  I've always been a great writer (college essays) but this was so much different from school. I had to get my mind into each character and I have to say, as challenging as it was (nothing like a college paper!) I enjoyed every moment of it!

 

The idea for my debut novel came from years of reading and finding that I had many favorite authors that I was enthralled with.  While there are too many to name,  please see my Favorite Authors page.

I've also discovered many authors that I'd never heard of, which was fun!
